Shipping & delivery
Plan for the making as well as the parcel. These terms explain charges, processing and the delivery estimate for Olivia Bliss orders.
Destinations and shipping charge
Standard shipping costs $5.99 per order to all 50 US states and Washington, DC. We do not deliver to APO/FPO addresses, US territories or international destinations. There is no free-shipping threshold.
Any applicable sales tax and the full order total are shown before payment. Import duties are included in the stated service terms; no separate import charge is collected from you by Olivia Bliss.
Processing, cutoff and transit
Handling normally takes 1 to 2 business days. After dispatch, estimated transit is 3 to 6 business days. The total estimate is 4 to 8 business days, counting Monday through Friday. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date.
The daily cutoff is 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, using America/New_York. An order received after cutoff enters the next business-day processing window. The cutoff is not a promise of same-day dispatch.
Dispatch and tracking
Orders ship from the fulfillment location assigned by our supplier for each order. The business contact address is not necessarily the dispatch location. An order may be divided into separate parcels.
Track My Order displays real order and carrier information when available. A label creation event does not by itself mean that a carrier has received the parcel. Keep your order reference and checkout email for secure access.
Address corrections and delays
Check your address before paying. If you need to change it, email customer care with your order reference. A correction depends on the processing stage and must be confirmed.
If a promised shipping time cannot be met, we will explain the delay and offer the choice of a revised date or cancellation of the unshipped goods for a refund. Contact customer care if tracking is unclear or a delivery estimate has passed.
