The legal seller is Olivia Bliss. Our business contact address and support email appear below. The business address is for contact purposes and is not a return warehouse without specific return authorization.

Understanding the selection

Each listing describes one selected product configuration. Only the items expressly listed as included form part of that offer. Furniture, cups, plants, fabric projects and other scene props are not included unless the product details say so.

DIY kits require making. A completed example is not a promise of a finished item or an identical result. Technique, material handling and the choices of the maker affect the work.

Read the measurements and contents together. Parts that look similar may not be compatible across tool systems. Do not infer washing methods, child suitability or a performance rating from a photograph.

Price, order and payment

Prices are stated in US dollars. Delivery charges and applicable tax are shown before payment. A saved bag does not reserve stock or form a completed purchase. An order requires confirmation through the actual payment service.

If checkout reports a service problem, no successful payment or accepted order should be inferred. For an uncertain charge, keep the payment reference and contact customer care rather than assuming that a retry is necessary.

If a material price or product-description error is identified after an order is placed, we will contact you with the correction and available choices. We will not silently substitute a different kit, tool or variant.

Shipping and returns

Standard shipping is $5.99 to the supported US destinations. Estimated handling is 1 to 2 business days and transit is 3 to 6 business days, for a total estimate of 4 to 8 business days. The order cutoff is 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time, Monday through Friday. Read Shipping for exclusions and delay handling.

Request an eligible return within 60 calendar days of delivery, with the item in original condition and its supplied components. After authorization, send it within 14 days. Change-of-mind postage is your responsibility. Read Returns & refunds for charges, damage, review and refund timing. These terms do not limit applicable rights for faulty or misdescribed goods.

Using the website and tools

Use this website lawfully. Do not interfere with its operation, try to access another person's order or submit deceptive information. Keep secure order links private.

Follow the supplied product instructions. Some craft tools contain sharp points and small components. Store them securely and assess the intended user before use. No child-suitability or completion-time promise is made unless expressly supported on the listing.

Website materials and applicable rights

Photographs and written material are provided to explain the selection and the service. Do not misrepresent them as your own commercial catalogue or use them deceptively.
