Use & care

Needles, snips and awl have sharp points or edges. Work straight into the supplied pad, keep fingers clear and stop using a bent or damaged needle. Store sharp tools securely and keep loose needles in their capped tube. Adult craft tools, not toys; finger covers do not make needlework puncture-proof.

Check the supplied instructions before beginning. Keep sharp needles and small components safely stored between sessions.

Delivery & returns

Standard shipping is $5.99 to all 50 US states and Washington, DC. Allow 1–2 business days for handling and 3–6 business days in transit. Total estimate: 4–8 business days. Read Shipping and returns & refunds for exclusions and details.

You may request a return within 60 calendar days of delivery, in original condition with supplied components. After authorization, send it back within 14 days. You pay change-of-mind postage. Ask for instructions first; the business address is not a return warehouse.
